QuickTeam Outreach and Anti-Spam Policy

QuickTeam places trained, HIPAA-aware virtual assistants with US healthcare businesses: hospices, home health agencies, palliative care groups and medical practices. Our team reaches out to these businesses by email and phone. This policy sets the rules we follow when we do.
Who we contact
We contact businesses, not consumers. Each email goes to a named person at a healthcare organization whose work our service fits, such as an owner, administrator or director of operations. We pick each organization by hand, often because it has posted a job opening for admin, intake or billing staff.
Where contact details come from
We use professional B2B data providers and public healthcare registries such as the CMS NPPES directory. We do not buy, rent or share bulk email lists, and we do not scrape addresses from websites in bulk.
How we check every address
We run every address through an email verification service before it enters any campaign. Addresses that come back risky, catch-all or unknown stay out.
How we send
We send one-to-one emails from named staff mailboxes, in plain text, at low daily volume per mailbox. Each email carries our company name and our postal address: 118 Cumberland Pl, Lawrence, NY 11559. Our sending domains pass SPF, DKIM and DMARC (p=reject).
How to stop hearing from us
Reply to any of our emails with "no", "no thanks" or "unsubscribe", or write to hello@quickteam.com. We stop all email to you right away and add your address to a permanent suppression list. A reply of any kind stops the sequence for that person.
What we never do
We do not let affiliates, resellers or other third parties promote QuickTeam by email. We do not hide who we are, use misleading subject lines or send to addresses that have opted out.
Warmup and deliverability tools
Our team uses mailbox warmup tools to protect sender reputation. As of 9 October 2026 we include no QuickTeam links in warmup traffic.
